I entered a duplicate patch by mistake, and now I can't remove it. I
get the error message:
Delete Patch
Because this patch has one or more comments, it may not be deleted.
Unless you are an administrator, you may only edit or delete your own
comments.
Thing is, I *am* an administrator.
