BTW, why does guaibasaurus get a gazillion errors about forbidden entities?
   sgml2xml -D. -x lower postgres.sgml>postgres.xmltmp   sgml2xml:legal.sgml:12:53:W: reference to internal SDATA
entity"copy" not allowed in XML   ...
