Mails to -advocacy mysteriously disappearing - Mailing list pgsql-www

All,

I'm the moderator of -advocacy.  However, I twice tried to reply to 
"User Survey Poorly Designed" and neither time did my posts show up on 
the list.  Nor did they show up in the moderation queue, or the list of 
bounces.  WTF?
