There are many possible reasons for lack of comments.  Some might be:

- nothing to say on the matter
- don't have time
- aren't reading just now
- can't be bothered
- have tired of the subject

Anyone who is interested in advocacy or has something to say about it
should be on the list.  This is the place for that.

IMHO, polling is not an effective way of getting something done.
