frameworksthat do the same that .NET? 

I am quite impressed with the Django framework for things like this. It uses the Python language, but if that's no
problemfor you then I heartily recommend it. I understand it's quite popular with Java developers too, apparently they
useDjango for quick prototyping and translate the result to Java.
