Bruce, I think you are doing the right thing by starting the discussion now. But there are at least three ways to deal with the potential of missing the June 1 date. The first way is to move the date a second way is to cut scope, and a third way is to increase resources. I would like to focus on that third way. Is there anything any of us out here lurking on these mail lists can do to help? I know that there are a lot of people who want to see the win32 port in 7.4.
