Hmm... personally I'd like to tone down the mentions of "Wiki".  From
looking at how Wiki's are organised and done (all in the last week and a
bit), they have a certain "kind" of philosophy about them and about how
they're done.

Sure, we're using Wiki-derived software, but it's only as an enhancement
to the present PostgreSQL Community.  Am not comfortable with this
becoming a "PostgreSQL Wiki" as people might start taking that a bit too
far.

If the initial trials of this stuff works, then making the whole
Techdocs site collaboratively managed/run would definitely be on the
cards.

With regards to the initial article by Josh of PostgreSQL GUI tools,
then it would probably be a very good candidate for testing with.

At present, am working on integrating the authentication system with the
present Techdocs one.
