how to install postgresql-6.5.1 binaries on nt - Mailing list pgsql-general

I have downloaded the postgres binaries for windows nt.
Could somebody tell me how to start initdb.
Also i had install cygnus20b but i can't do nothing with this.
On Linux everything it's ok, but on nt i'm stacked.
