Since it's just about updating pgAdmin4, this doesn't affect the database server. Therefore, no downtime!

Update pgAdmin4 on your client systems and you are done.

Updating the server to version 11 isn't a bad idea either, but a totally different story .

Hi,

While working with PgAdmin Tool 4.0 getting POP up alert saying that we are using version 3.5 of 4.0 however the current version is 4.5.

Our environment is PostgreSQL 9.6 version on windows Server 2012 64 bit version.

When we are upgrading to version 4.5

1.Is there any down time required?

2.Is there any change in Postgres DB Pgadmin engine tables change??

3.And what are considerations we should follow in before upgrading to 4.5 ?

Thanks and regar
