XML, now with test code - Mailing list pgsql-interfaces

I put up a first stab at my proxy ideas,
a small perl script which takes a request
in XML-format and returns rows from the
database in XML.

* no net protocol
* no INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE
* no polish
