Who maintains the INSTALL document?

Step 10 contains the command:gunzip -c ~/postgresql-6.5.3.tar.gz  |  tar xvf -

Which creates /usr/src/pgsql/postgresql-6.5.3/...

The rest of the document refers to/usr/src/pgsql/src/usr/src/pgsql/doc
which should be:/usr/src/pgsql/postgresql-6.5.3/src/usr/src/pgsql/postgresql-6.5.3/doc
OR should steps 9 and 10 be changed?
