Yep.

Config parames were:

./configure \   --prefix=/var/lib/pgsql7.1.0b \   --with-odbc \   --with-x \   --enable-plpgsql \   --with-plpgsql \
--enable-cassert\   --enable-syslog \   --enable-debug \   --with-pgport=5434
