Description:
On Macbook Pro 13-inch, Late 2011, Query Tools window opens as follows
1. opens on root window
2. opens offset to the right far enough to hide the resize handle
3. Zoom doesn't work.
The result is to render PGADMIN3 unusable on my 13" Macbook without going
through the contortions of changing the display and then changing it back
again. That operation causes a re-rendering of the Query Tool window in such
as a way as to render the resize widget visible.
