Oh, I see now --- that is a line that that has to go into
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgdg.list:
deb http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/ precise-pgdg main
I guess we could append it to the file, but that would mean users
shouldn't run the script multiple times, which is bad. I guess we just
need to tell users the command to find their codename.
