Actually this is a good point. We really should define requirements as
part of this, let's not just do it wholesale. Here are a couple:
* Software must be open source?* Environment must be managed by the community* Attempt to have admins in each of the
followingtimezones EST PST CET * I believe with those three we have 24x7 coverage* FreeBSD is OS?
