A point of information to those scheduling jobs based on the anoncvs
server:
Since the move of the cvs server a couple of weeks back, we've replaced the
hourly sync job from anoncvs to a "push replication" system that runs
automatically on every commit. This means that there will now normally just
be a delay of max 2-3 minutes (and often much smaller than that) before
changes show up on the anoncvs server.
The same sync is also used for the cvsup repository and for cvsweb (so
there is a small window where cvsweb will not have seen the update, but
normally the email sent to -committers takes longer to arrive than the
changes to sync over to the server).
