No, it's not.  I could care less about power and control.  This is all
marketing stuff anyway; it's only important up to the point that it makes
people aware of PostgreSQL and what it can do.

The reason why this came up -- the *only* reason from my perspective, as I was
not even aware of the conflict previously -- was that when I was soliciting
donations for expenses for OSCON/LWE, one possible donor expressed concern
over spending their money to print the logo of another company.  My worry is
that this in not the last time we'll hear this question.

Hmmm.  I doubt that would make a difference -- a BEH with a diamond would just
look like a corporate variation, not worth the bother (unless, of course,
someone comes up with a really cool design!).

Maybe we're just stuck with it.  I can't think of an easy way to change.

(FWIW, I actually like the BEH.)
