No ... cause nobody works on anything specific ... they work on what
appeals to them, as it appeals to them ...

If someone workign on the w32 port isn't willing to announce such on
-hackers, how do you think we'd get that information for a web page? The
easiest way to 'contact developers' is to post to this list, and then you
don't restrict yourself to anyone one person, but everyone involved in teh
project ...
I think you are confusing a project on the scale of an operating system
with PgSQL ... an OS has to have someone at the top to make sure each
sub-package integrates well into the overall OS ... we *are* the
sub-package, and our "leaders" are essentially "our developers" ... we
have a core committee that consists of several of us that brought PgSQL
out of Berkeley and into the real world, but if you saw the archives for
that list, you woudln't see much, since we tend to try and keep all
discussions *on* -hackers ...
