Agreed, which is why we are ramping up development of the
jobs.postgresql.org site, as means of providing a 'central clearing house'
of potential programmers and DBAs ... as well as why we've been so keen on
getting PgSQL into the classrooms for the fall session, so that *some*
secondary level/accredited programs are available for training ...
