In response to enable debugging in jdbc  (Dries Verachtert <dries@ulyssis.org>)
List pgsql-patches
Patch applied. There was an unconditional debug added by someone, so I
removed it and instead used your configure flag passing to turn it on.
Thanks.

nevercompiled with debugging support. This patch make sure that debugging information is added to the jdbc jar when the
--enable-debugis added. This was usefull for me for debugging some java jdbc pooling objects but this might perhaps be
usefullfor other people too?

autoconfhas been run and configure has been changed completely.
