I will be in Japan with SRA from December 6-14.
I have updated the HISTORY file as of today. If people need to generate
SGML while I am gone, merely cut/paste the relevant portions from
HISTORY to release.sgml. Keep in mind any "<" and ">" characters have
to be remapped. Also, the release date is usually unknown when the docs
are built. It has to be modified just before release when the date is
determined.
Also, I have updated the English and Developer's FAQ with new items, and
I HTML-ified the new items in the Developer's FAQ.
