OK, here is where I think we are on beta3 packaging.
Last night, I fixed the error Marc was seeing in the build. I have also
put my HTML version of the docs at:
ftp://candle.pha.pa.us/pub/postgresql/postgres-docs.tar.gz.
If that is copied to doc/src and mk-beta is run, it should work fine.
Also, can the beta directory be removed from the snapshot tar file?
