I agree with you. I'm not sure if there are anything like this in the
jdbc or contrib/lo stuff saying my copyright, but if there is, feel free
to change it to the team's copyright - I tend to run in autopilot when
it comes to adding copyrights.

Saying that, I'm doubtful that all of the JDBC source has a copyright
notice of any kind in there. I'll trawl my copy of the source to see if
this is the case.
