I had a problme loading the data from my 6.3 (Not 6.3.1) DB inot my newtest 5.4.2 DB. Aparently some things related
tousers have changedbetween 6.3, and 6.3.1 which break this.

I was able to get the data relaoded, by first doing a creatuse for allthe non-postgress users in the database. Question
isthis safe?Question 2 is there a better way to do it, such as using the pg_dumpallscript from 6.4.2 on the 6.3 DB?

I reall don't want to do somehting here that is going to cause problemsdown the reoad, and thier is really no big
pressureto get upgraded, asthe 6.3 DB is working great.
