I notice that

mentions 9.6.0 as a supported release in this text:
   Make sure you are running the latest available minor release for your   major version before reporting a bug. The
currentlist of supported   versions is 9.6.0, 9.5.4, 9.4.9, 9.3.14, 9.2.18, 9.1.23.
 

but the pop-up menu for "** Select version" still has 9.6rc1.
