Hi,
Sorry for the delay -- the RPM signing issue still continues, but I
wanted to push the RPMS even without that. So, Fedora 22 packages for
x86_64 are out for PostgreSQL 9.3, 9.4 and 9.5 Alpha 1. Please note
that they are not gpg signed *yet*. I will sign them as soon as Fedora
fixes their issues.
