:-) It just seemed odd to me (that's my americentric side kicking in)
but I couldn't come up with any actual reasons myself.

Well, if anyone else from core (or heck, even some of the other highly
active developers like '%conway') would like to say something we
wouldn't be opposed. Perhaps Thomas can say something like "This release
is so good, I didn't see how I could possibly make it any better." :-\
