I hesitate to post this, since it is well travel ground, but...
 
This is a very black and white issue.  "PostgreSQL" is a registered trademark that I do not have a license to use.

    I think they should start by deciding on a spelling of their (and our)
    product.
    
    And then they should stop marking it as a trademark.
