To get the list.. use
SELECT a.attname as "Columns"
FROM pg_attribute a, pg_class c
WHERE c.relname = '<YOUR_TABLE_NAME>' AND a.attnum > 0 AND a.attrelid = c.oid
ORDER BY a.attnum
