There are a number of places you can still find the GB User's Guide in PDF format - I found one at
http://database.ittoolbox.com/pub/EO051401c.pdf ... If someone wants to store a copy at the postgresql.org website, I
don'tthink there would be any problems with that.
Be warned: it's 192 pages, 2.7 MB. The ERWin section might not go into the level of detail you're looking for, but
it'sa start.
