how could I fix this problem:
 
ERROR:  unexpected chunk number 8 (expected 0) for toast value 6935693
 
It appear to be simple: update chunk_seq from 8 to 0.
how to do it?
 
in the stand alone postgres, could I copy a entire table?
how to do it?
