Seems like SAP also is trying to get a hike with the open source world.
They announced that their DB will be open sourced next year. Check the

It seems to have some interesting features, but I would really like to know
how it does performance wise. Does anybody here have any experience with it
? (or Adabase - I think the SAP DB is based on Adabase.)
