There are none yet AFAIK. Packages of 7.1RC versions are available from
http://people.debian.org/~elphick/postgresql/index.html , and I've been able
to build 7.1 under "unstable" using the diff for RC4 found there and the
patch for building with readline 4.2 (which seems to have disappeared; it
was at http://www.postgresql.org/%7Epetere/readline42.html).
