Dear Bruce, Magnus and others,

Strangely LoadLibrary() does not load libpq.dll (coming from the binary
distribution) on a Win98 client. LoadLibrary() does work with other
libraries. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The new libpq makefile for bcc failed.

Thank you, Gabor
