A prune record can have XLogRecord->xl_xid == InvalidTransactionId, if 
the transaction hasn't been assigned a transaction ID yet. I think 
ReadNextTransactionId() - 1 would work. (Using TransactionIdRetreat 
rather than plain - 1, of course)
