SQL query with no result set but inserting possible ? - Mailing list pgsql-odbc

Hi,

I have the circumstance that a SQL query returns no result set, because
the table is empty or the where clause reduces the result
to nothing.

Is it possible to add new data anyhow without creating a insert query
with the related columns ?
