Nope!
But it looks like in NetBSD the options are called:
netbsd7-pgbf# sysctl -a | grep semmn
kern.ipc.semmni = 10
kern.ipc.semmns = 60
kern.ipc.semmnu = 30
so I will try and set that in /etc/sysctl.conf and reboot and see what
happens.
