As far as I can tell, no bad download (and as I said, I'd downloaded
twice, before trying 8.0.3).
In the interest of science, after getting your email (Magnus), I
re-downloaded 8.0.2, put it into c:\temp and tried again, same result.
So, let me know if you need anything else, but I'm fine with 8.0.3
working...
