Ognjen ... can you please send a subscribe request in followed by an email 
directly to my account (scrappy@hub.org)?  I've checked the config files, 
and there is nothing explicitly blocking any TLDs that I can see, so am 
wondering if maybe one of the RBLs is trapping you .. wish to check the 
log file(s) for the subscribe attempt ...
