That shouldn't be too hard to do, if the emphasis was there for a particular conference and it had the audience to support it.

Heh, no.  That's one performance metric Postgres has them beat at :)
Unless of course, you could find enough good PG content to fill a few
hundred sessions a day for an entire week.
