Hey pgadmin-hackers,

here's my next try. I think I've found some typos in the pip setup
script, see the attachent.
And I've got one question: Why is there a
"pgadmin4-1.1-py2-none-any.whl" AND a
"pgadmin4-1.2-py2.py3-none-any.whl" being built? The "py2.py3" part
confuses me: what does it mean?
