My server isn't starting anymore, it used to work fine.
When I try to start it, it says starting.... done. But it still isn't started. If I try connect it gives me this error
could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "127.0.0.1" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
When I checked my event viewer it showed this error
