I agree with this.
(altough is not public domain, it's copywrigth'ed, well copyleft'ed).

btw, if you change the license in this way, is =not= BSD anymore,
how you will call this new license ?

 PPL (Postgres Public License) ?
 PBML (Postgres BSD Modified License) ?
