[root@buildfarm ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant)
[root@buildfarm ~]# rpm -qf `which collateindex.pl`
docbook-style-dsssl-1.78-4
Install that RPM.
