The first native official version PostgreSQL for win32 is v8.0.0. Before
You can use only 7.2.1
http://postgresql.ok.cz/download/postgres_7.2.1.beta4.zip
or you can test any comercial version
http://www.sraapowergres.com/http://www.dbexperts.net/
or cygwin emulation, but this version is realy slow, and is usefull only
for testing or development
