.pot files are unavailable (?) - Mailing list pgsql-patches

Hi,

I cannot download the English pot files from the following address:

http://webmail.postgresql.org/~petere/nls.php

I get 404 from each.

Well, I noticed that none of them are downloadable now. Where are them?
Does anyone know about this?
