Bruce, the logs you have have added the file
doc/src/sgml/S-Tree_indexes.html.gz about a year ago. Since it's a binary
file it hinders the creation of tarball diffs.
I'm unsure what it's for, as we don't have any S-Trees. The file itself
is also marked as "confidential".
