Foreign keys - Mailing list pgsql-general

I am investigating writing a db front-end creation utility for postgres,
and I notice that the current version[1] does not support foreign keys.

Does this mean I have to use triggers? How are other people working around
this?

[1] 6.4.2, which I'm using.
