List pgsql-hackers
Something is broken with anon cvs:

cvs server: Updating pgsql/contrib/pgstattuple
cvs server: failed to create lock directory for /projects/cvsroot/pgsql/contrib/pgstattuple'
(/projects/cvsroot/pgsql/contrib/pgstattuple/#cvs.lock):Permission denied

cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository /projects/cvsroot/pgsql/contrib/pgstattuple'
