Hi,
    I tried installing cypipc-1.09-2. I did
    ipc-daemon --install-as-service
After that when I tried to do
    net start ipc-daemon
I got the message
The service is not responding to  the control function

A window popped up saying The dynamic link library cygwin1.dll could not
be found in the specified path.

Any suggestions.
